For both domestic and commercial customers a standard part of our services is a free initial consultation, be that a visit to your property or an informal meeting to talk through the options and give practical advice.

We have formed a close working relationship with local planning officers, building control and trusted contractors across the region.

Following the initial meeting, we will outline the cost for our services, which will be dependent on the nature and extent of the work to be undertaken.

Over the years, we have formed a close working relationship with local planning and building control officers and have regularly worked with local building contractors and other professionals such as structural engineers and organisations such as CADW.

As such, we can recommend builders that we know and trust that would be suited to our clients' location, type and size of project.

Our aim is to provide a high quality, personal and cost effective service; producing designs that are both practical and maximize property potential, adding space and value.
